Home delivery info

DELIVERY CYCLE:

Orders for Friday delivery each week open on Saturday morning and close on Wednesday at 11pm. If you have a subscription order it will renew every Wednesday or every second Wednesday (depending on whether you choose weekly or fortnightly delivery). If you are picking up your order, you can place an order up to two days before your pickup day e.g you can place an order on Sunday and pickup on Tuesday. 

 LOCATIONS:

Port Macquarie: If you are in Port Macquarie, you can order milk for weekly or fortnightly delivery on my online store. My minimum order for home delivery is $20, excluding a $5 delivery fee. Delivery is free for any orders over $45. For my milk in glass bottles, I do require that you sign up for a subscription so you can return your bottles and I can wash and reuse them at the factory. I usually deliver early morning prior to 7am, or you will be notified via text if deliveries occur at any other time. Please leave out an esky for me to put your milk into, along with your bottle returns and payment (if you are paying cash). If by any chance you forget to leave your esky or bottle returns out, no problem, I will still deliver and can put your milk into a foam box with frozen water bottles to keep it cool. 

Wauchope / Camden Haven: If you are in Wauchope or the Camden Haven unfortunately I don't offer home delivery through my online store. However, you can still order milk directly by contacting me here. Deliveries for Wauchope are on a Friday and Camden Haven on a Tuesday. 

Pickups from Redbank: My parents have a small meat shop at their farm Oxhill Organics, 41 Redbank Rd, Redbank, about 5 minutes out of Wauchope. If you can't meet the minimum order for home delivery, you can pickup your order there for free on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday between 3-5pm. It will either be in the small display fridge or the car fridge with the 'Hastings Riverlands' logo on it.
